Feminist theroy

Depending on perception when it comes to looking at media text, feminists see media led by a male society or male dominated order, designed to objectify woman and sex objects and used for the ‘male gaze’ only featured for there appearance or ‘assets’. Feminism was therefore the result in society’s assumption that women’s looks where purely for male attention and that woman should be subservient to men. Until feminism women were treated as objects, only useful in a male world.
